A deposit of 50% of the price for the total stay will be required to confirm the reservation, with a minimum of € 50,00

• The deposit will be fully refunded if a cancellation is made 30 days or more before the arrival date.
• If a cancellation will be made between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• If a cancellation is made 15 days or less before the arrival date, the deposit can not be refunded.
• A full refund of the deposit is possible in case of force majeure, if well motivated.
